i got rid of garageband sadly, because i'm just a school student and i coulden't make use of that program, although i think it's a very neat app. i just don't have any use for it, and it takes quite a lot of space.

Left it all on my iMac but did a clean install of the retail version of Tiger and iLife 05 on the iBook and haven't bothered going back to the Panther disks for AppleWorks, games, WorldBook etc. :)

• iMovie
• iDVD
• OmniGraffle
• OmniOutliner

Kept Art Directors Toolkit. It's handy, I like...

  • Garageband
  • Internet Explorer
  • Office Trial
  • That Dinosaur Game
And a few others I can't think of at the moment . . .

::20ROGERSC::

- GarageBand (incl the loops) *
- iDVD *
- Chess
- AppleWorks
- Nanosaur
- Office trial (to make room for Office)
- Dashboard **
- Backup ***

* Not sure if these were preinstalled or if I deleted them after installing iLife

** Came with Tiger. Haven't uninstalled it, just disabled it

*** From .mac trial

Probably more, but I don't remember any right now...

OmniGraffle and OmniOutliner are great apps!

But she probably has no use for them. I got rid of Outliner... love Graffle tho... love theorising over my network after i buy.... etc etc... i never get to buy anything = no money.

I got rid of FileMaker trial, it didn't come with internet explorer (but if it had, i woulda got rid of that too), Nanosaur, um... got rid of the Office Trial (i have the real thing).

I got rid of iChat and that's about it. I would get rid of iMovie as I only use Final Cut Pro and Motion and the like, but my friends in the lower production classes sometimes use it on my mac, so I keep it around.

On the other hand, I've installed Photoshop, ImageReady, GoLive, Flash, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Final Cut Pro 5, LiveType 2, Motion 2, Shake 4, LimeWire, Office, Transmit, Firefox, AIM, Wolfenstein ET, Azureus, Cocktail, CandyBar, GMail notifier, Handbrake, MovieToGo, MacTheRipper, MRChat, and Toast.

Appleworks :( Very Disappointing

Tried Neooffice and got shot of that after about 15 minutes.

Shelled out money and went over to the "Dark Side" ;)

Mind you Internet Explorer hardly lasted any longer than 15 mins:D

iMovie
iDVD
Chess
GarageBand
And anything that puts files were I don't like them. Stupid Microsoft Word messing up my documents folder.

Applications that I still have on the HD but have never used are:

iDVD
GarageBand
that chess game
iChat
Address Book
iMovie
Explorer
Mail
OmniGraffle
OmniOutliner

I would love to play around with some of them but don't have the time (university). Heck, I'm going to remove them.

Now that I think of it, I probably don't need most of the stuff in the Classic Applications (Mac OS 9) folder.
