Apply Automator/quick action to multiple selected folders at once.

I have tons of client folders and I want to create the same subfolders in each client folder. I am playing with two different options. One is an app on the desktop that I just drag the folder to. The other is a quick action. My problem is that if I select multiple folders it only generates the subfolder for the first client folder that is selected. How can I make it apply to multiple folders at one. Thanks.

What actions are you using in your quick action? A screenshot of that would be nice. What macOS version are you on? Can you give an example of the subfolders you're trying to create? Like :

Project1​

Project2​

Client2

Project1​

Project2​

The Dispense Disk Items Incrementally action might be useful.
