iOS Apps are "Ready for Sale" but aren't appearing in the App Store?

Apps are "Ready for Sale" but aren't appearing in the App Store.

Anyone else have this problem? One has been "Ready for Sale" for 2 days. My free and paid contracts are both approved and in effect.

Mine was in that state for 4 days. Today it was posted on the store, however, it had a release date of 7/16 not today...

one day delay

All of my app releases and update releases have gone live on the App Store one day after I get an email that they are ready for sale. I usually get the "ready for sale" email in the afternoon, and the next morning I can see my app on the store.

Mine took 5 days from Ready for Sale to being visible in the store. I found it via a search a few hours before it showed on the list of applications.
