Apps are there but wrong icon?

I just did the redsnow 3.0 upgrade( I find it to be a mistake at the moment) but anyways I have deleted some apps quite a few actually an when I install say winterboard or anything from the app store I get the app and it works perfectly fine but the icons from the previous apps that I deleted came back.

and yes I have restarted re-jailbreak not yet I had no time but I was wondering has anyone had the same problems?

Already a thread on this (couldn't find it)

Try opening Cydia, letting it do a complete update (should prompt you).

That fixed it for me. Also, new Cydia is much faster !
