Ok so I just got the 3G a couple days ago and I only have a couple of free apps on it so far.

The problem is, everytime I try to sync music or photos, it says "transferring (app name) to iPhone" (or something to that effect, I don't really remember". The problem is it take forever to do each app. One time it was doing it for about 3 minutes on a single game. I canceled it because I thought something was wrong, but then it froze for aout another minute until it finally cancelled.

I'm worried about what is going to happen when I actually have more apps. Is this normal? Do I just have to wait it out? I manually manage my music so at least I don't have to worry about it there, but will I just have to wait anytime I sync photos?

One more thing I noticed. When I just synced my photos, it brought back 2 apps I deleted. I deleted about 5 apps yesterday at the same time, but it only brought back 2. So I have to permanently delete them somehow?

The syncing is installing the Apps on the phone or if you downloaded them on the phone it is transferring it to your computer.

I always delete it from the phone through iTunes vice my phone.
