Lately I have noticed that if I am in an app let's say playing a game and I pause it to go do something and when I come back the screen is naturally shut off so I turn it back on (either by the power button or the home key) and when the screen comes on the app is closed hence loosing what ever work I was doing or game was playing. Is anyone else having this issue?

It seems that it happens with a Cydia app because I restored and jailbroke and it was not happening but once I loaded all my cydia apps through aptbackup it happened again.

Alright so after trial and error I found out that the problem I was having was related to a Cydia app I installed called Pandora Controls, once this is installed it breaks backgrounder and forces all apps to close upon screen shut-off, it's a shame it breaks things because the app itself is pretty handy for Pandora.

Backgrounder update posted a few minutes ago that should fix that.

Didn't seem to solve the problem because I installed Pandora controls again and the problem started to I had to remove Pandora controls and reinstall Backgrounder for everything to go back to normal. I don't think the problem is with Backgrounder but rather with Pandora Controls.
