apps cost money to redownload

this is unrelated to 3.0. this is on itunes. i am trying to redownload asphalt 4 because I lost the file and it says that i have to buy it. (the button says buy) i am considering buying it because it is only 99 cents now (bought it for $6) any suggestions or help?

As long as you are using the same iTunes account, once you click "buy" it'll ask for your password and once you put it in you'll get a popup saying you've already bought it and the update is free.

You will not be charged again.
