iPhone Apps crashing when accessing camera roll

So, I'm on an iPhone 5 7.0.4, cydia 1.1.9, and when I use any app that tries to access the camera roll, such as viber to send a picture, or even try to access the camera roll app, it just crashes and takes me to the srpingboard. I've removed all the packages I added on cydia. Short of restoring and jailbreaking again, which takes me hours to do, syncing the music, is there anything I can do?

have you tried rebooting the device?

if you uninstall these applications and reinstall them, and try to send a picture afterwards, does the problem still happen?

I've tested this with ProCam 2 and ProCamera 7 on a JB'n and updated iPhone 5. Both accessed the Camera Roll just fine.
