I am looking for an app that makes photo management easier. Keep in mind that I come from a Windows background.. and my photo organization is folder based. Which I found isn’t easy on my Mac. So I am looking for a simple app that helps me sort photos into labeled folders. Nothing fancy, I won’t be tagging them or anything.. just want them in folders. I see the potential with using the built-in photos app... but it would be a MAJOR project that I’m not currently ready for. Currently I have Adobe Bridge installed. Is this a good app? I haven’t really used it yet. Anything easier, more simple, or more highly recommended? I just want to be able to view date details, thumbnails, and move them easily between folders. Any suggestions?

Alien Skin's Exposure X4 is what I am now switching to, coming from Lightroom (not the subscription either).

X4 will use your existing folder structure without issue.

You might also check On1. Wasn't for me though I've owned it for several iterations and finally left after 2018.5 version (since at least On1 v9).
