Route everything through TOR(free), or even better, Cloakfish on the "Bigfish" plan, then get a russian unlogged VPN. Guaranteed anonymity from Google, Government and ISP.

Well it depends on what you need it for, Cloakfish is basically a commercialised version of TOR (some say it is more secure, oh well). With TOR you are basically untraceable, add in a Russian VPN just for added peace of mind. (Do read the fine print on VPN sites, some do log even though they claim they don't. To ensure the VPN is truly unlogged, you would have to dig down into underground hacking and carding sites - the works.) With TOR and Cloakfish, you could not be found even if you hacked NASA, although there are strictly theoretical ways in which you could be traced. (traffic analysis and interception of network traffic - there is no end-to-end encryption on TOR) Furthermore, your security is only as strong as physical access to your computer, any amount of security will be ineffective if there's a microphone bug and hidden camera behind your computer chair.

Good luck with... whatever you are trying to accomplish. :p

Just don't forget to wear your tinfoil helmet and you're good to go.

And that too.
