Any recommendations to iPhone apps that will help you sleep better by playing you something? I've been using SleepGenuis but I wanted to look at alternatives if there is any better out there.

I can suggest you the following, but I haven't used all of them

1. Deep Sleep with Andrew Johnson
2. aSleep 3
3. pzizz sleep
4. Long Deep Breathing
5. Sleep Cycle Alarm Clock
6. eSleep
7. Proactive Sleep
8. Relax & Rest Guided Meditations
9. Alarm Tunes
10. Relaxing Ambiance

And not all of them are free either

I apologise in advance if this comes across as flippant, but the best thing you can do to sleep better is to exercise and eat well. I've taken up exercising regularly in the last month, and have reduced my carb intake and the quality of my sleep has improved immensely. Try the apps, by all means, but nothing beats a good jog :)
