Apps from another iTunes account

How can I move some apps, purchased with another iTunes account to my current account?

I don't want to enter my passwords a few times, if one app need an update.

Sorry, I have many apps from two iTunes accounts for me alone and I want to transfer a few apps from iTunes account A to iTunes account B.

I'll be moving back to Canada from Japan in a year and a half, I also want to know how to do this, cause I'll be buying new apps in Canada with a Canadian credit card, but I'll want the updates for the apps I bought from the Japan iTunes.
