Ok I am at a total loss here. I have downloaded a couple of things some from cydia and some from the App Store. I only like to have one page and I put the extras in a folder. Well after placing things in the folder they have gone missing??? They are installed but the icons are gone. Any ideas? I Am using hidden settings and have the 4x4 folders set up and there is plenty of room for more apps.

Ok sorry about that. It looks like I also have infinifolders installed with 4x4 set up in hidden settings. I removed infinifolders and the apps reappeared but the 4x4 folder with hidden settings no longer works.
I have quite a bit of apps installed but figured it had something to do with those that modify the folders since they are disappearing when placing them in there.

You still don't say which device or FW.
Often it is not what you think causing the problem but as you won't tell us what you have installed, what device and what FW or any other information that is needed to give an informed opinion maybe a there is a psychic on here that could help you.

Most of those apps do not appear to be compatable with the 5S

I haven't read it all but the first post lists the ones confirmed compatable at 3/1/14 it is highly likely you have an app causing problems.
If I was you I would restore ad re JB and then only install apps that have been confirmed to work with the 5S.

All confirmed working on 5s. Except for what ever auto corrected to no over. It should have been bigify. As I said in a previous post it was infinifolders and hidden settings7 combined that was causing the problem with the missing apps. I uninstalled and all is well.

Infinifolders wasn't listed. Chpwn hasn't updated any of his apps and was as surprised as I was that gridlock worked with iOS7, I didn't realise infinifolders had been confirmed to work.
Sorry I didn't list it as I had removed it already. I think infinifolders and the folder settings that I had in Hidden Settings7 were clashing.

Nope not in safe mode. Though it doesn't say when you are in safe mode I can tell just by how everything looks
This happens to me, coincides with any update i get from the App store, need to reinstall any of my Cydia tweaks to get them all back
Updating Apple apps is 100% the cause as ive just updated the sky plus app and when it finishes installing the cydia apps stop working and have a white box logo, they then disappear if you reset the phone
