Ive been downloading some apps that I like and I wanted.

Dictionary.com
Engadget
Cnet
Wikipedia

However these apps looked pixelated.

The days of 320x480 are long gone. Even androids are up tp 400x800

How hard is it to update apps to support a higher resolution?

The icons and menus are really am eye sore for us iPhone 4 users.

Please, update your apps people!

CNN International did it and it looks superb.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/532.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.5 Mobile/8B117 Safari/6531.22.7)

I've really noticed this lately when I was looking for some flight-sim games.

Any game that listed its last update as pre-iOS4 wasn't going to get my money, plain and simple. Maybe a text-only app isn't a big deal, but on a game, it's a deal-breaker.

It's sad to see good apps get orphaned by their developers, but such is life I guess.

My lists, one of my favorite app is still not up-to-date with retina. Its icon sitting side-by-side with others just doesn't look good.

i feel ya on the engadget app... kinda surprised a tech site like them would do so already...
