Apps no longer work after sync

I downloaded apps and they worked just fine. I loaded new music into itunes and when I did the sync to place the music on my iphone, the apps no longer worked. Thanks for any advice.

Go to itunes and click on your iphone on the left side.

look at the options in the top above where your phone is displayed. Choose music and choose all.

Resync and see what happens? I've had crap like this happen to me before.

apps still not working

Well, that did not solve the problem. Does anyone know how to remove the icons for these apps that no longer work?

Here's how I solved the same problem:

- I went into iTunes

- I deleted the apps in iTunes

- I synced, and refused the option to transfer apps from phone to iTunes. This deleted the apps from the phone

- I re-downloaded each app from the App Store

- They worked
