iPhone Apps not stored

I just restored my iPhone and I notice some of my apps are not stored in my App Store and I have to go re find them. Has anyone encountered this problem? Is it something I turned off by accident or hid?

nope, happens to me also. Example: AdBlock Plus, I have to always search for it manually, same goes for 1Blocker. It's like it has a mind of its own.
