Apps on Multiple Devices?

Are you allowed to install your apps on multiple devices? I have an iPod Touch and in a couple weeks, I'll have a 3G iPhone. I wanted to buy some apps for my Touch, but I wanted to make sure the apps would also work on a second device as well.

Does Apple allow this?

I checked the iTunes App Store FAQ page, but it doesn't say anything about it.

yep. as long as both phones are synced to that cpu, you will be fine.
