So I wonder often, why some companies/services, etc. do not offer official iPhone applications such as Capital One for example. I know Assistant by pageonce works with Capital One, and I have it in case I need to check my balance on the go, but I would much prefer a more professional, faster, and friendlier UI by the actual company, not a third party.

So basically this thread will be to discuss what apps are in development and any news or tidbits as far as how far along they are and when the projected release will be, as well as a discussion about what apps SHOULD be being made. Could be fun and informative since not everybody can research these things daily.
