Video Recorder
Last I talked to drunknbass (i think that's their sn?), uShow was coming out to App Store...but that was like a few months ago :/.

Have to be done by Apple

Flash Support (also can live without)

Adobe is in the works. They have it running in the emulator, now they just need to work out the rest on the devices.

Voice dialing (would be cool but don't care for)

True/integrated voice dialing would have to be done by Apple, but SpeechCloud's free Voice Dialer is in App Store right now.

"Push" Ebay, if your outbid it notifies you instantly

Can't wait for September! :)

is flash not against the terms of the SDK?

No it is not....the use of plug-ins (so I'm guessing even using webview and building a whole new browser with flash is against TOS) and running in the background is, however.

Chances are, what Adobe has is a Flash player that would work like YouTube would...a still frame in Safari, tap it, then it opens up Flash player.

That's the only way I can think of.
