After updating to IOS 13.5 I received today over 10 apps that said they needed updating in the app store but I noticed they were had the same version build number as the last version of the app I updated days ago, why am I getting to have to update the same version of the apps few days later, weird behaviour, any one else had this issue

Same here, after updating a few days ago, today I got over 15 updates, some for apps updated two weeks ago!
@StumpyBloke which thread? Kindly point us to the right thread

Last page talks about it.

I think this is related to the recent app launching issue.

There's probably a signing certificate that expired and they have to reissue the updates to fix apps that won't launch.

Happening to me, and I'm still on 13.4.1, so it's not scoped to just 13.5.

Same happening here. Updated days ago and this morning I had 16 updates with versions I already had.

Have had this problem before, and I think the developer had to re-submit the app to the App Store to get the problem resolved.

Over the last few months, it's been happening again, persistently, with the Nike Run Club app. Still looking for a way to log this with Nike…

The NRC support number is on Nike's site under Contact Us.
