Good thread, I am keen to track app updates for Yosemite with it being a new UI. It's like apps updating to iOS 7 last year, exciting for UI lovers!

I've added bunch of apps from MAS. Also, I categorized them.

In case some didn't notice, this is wiki post so everyone is free to add apps 🙂
