Appsfire was discontinued?

I searched for it today on the App Store and it was gone. I was able to redownload it from the purchased section, but I was kind of sad to see it go. In case you don't know what Appsfire was, it was an app that showed what apps were on sale or free from the App Store. Anyone else noticed the disappearance?

Those types of apps got the boot a good while ago.
