AppSSOAgent? Is this new in Catalina?

Just noticed this running in Activity Monitor and I've never seen it and can't find much about it on the web. Shows that it lives here:
/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/AppSSO.framework/Support/AppSSOAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/AppSSOAgent

From the name I would guess it is for "Sign in with Apple", because SSO is typical a abrivation for Single Sign on

That's right, there is a new "apple" sign in they're releasing? good guess.
