macOS AppStore: How Many Will Use It?

What % of iPhone users do you all think will actually use the AppStore? I'm trying to judge potential sales of applications but it's difficult because there are so many factors, and one of the biggest is I just have no idea how many people will ever even get to the AppStore. I think many will just be happy with the built-in applications and never go there (or maybe never even realize it exists if they never click on the button). As a wild guess, I'm going to say at least 50% of iPhone users will never even visit the store, but hopefully I'm wrong and many will. What's your guess?

two reasons
1) Develop and sell (for free of course)
2) To check out other apps

All I want is some IM app...the way they demoed it with the notifications is exactly what I've been waiting for..

Maybe a few games couldn't hurt too...but yea, I'll use it for sure

Given that most people who have an iPhone will already be familiar with using iTunes, I think a very large percentage will at least check out the App Store and potentially download something free or inexpensive.

I think most people who own an iPhone will already be in a state of mind where they buy a song or two for 99 cents without batting an eye, so apps priced around there could do very well too, I think.

Yeah, I'm going to say it'll be pretty popular. If you own an iPhone and don't know about the app store, it only takes meeting one person with an iPhone running an awesome app that you don't have to clue you in to it's existence.

I said 40-60%, but that's just because I'm trying to be overly-pessimistic about sales of my own app until I actually see if it does, in fact, sell.

probably close to 80%. At least once.. Because the App store button will be right there in front of them...People will wonder what it is and press it. IF they don't like then they'll probably move it to another screen.
