hey there,

My appstore keeps poping up the update for Skype and another app. I clicked the "update". But after updating the app, it reappears under "need to be updated" list, no matter how often I click the update button.

Does anyone know to how solve this annoying problem? Thanks.

I am currently using iOS 12.1.3 on my iPhone XS Max

Since yesterday AppStore has begun to download certain app updates in a constant loop. This is only happening with two apps (Skype and Telegram Messenger) but, however many times I update them, the updates do not stick.

Other apps are updating normally.

Does anyone else have this problem?

You could delete app, then re download it?
I tried no use.

In the speculation thread, several of us are dealing with the same thing. There hasn’t been a fix yet.

I see, thought I was the only one... might to post the link of the speculation thread?

Thought it was just me. Got 4 apps that are doing this.
jesus, it's crazy, no matter how many times you update.

Yeah, it's been Skype for me as well.

Apple had a similar glitch back in late 2017, except it prompted for updates when the version number didn't change. Posted about it then.

This time, it's not correctly serving the newer versions of some apps.

Deja vu all over again.

Same issue here for these apps.:
- Skype for iPhone
- iDevices Connected
- ServiceNow Classic
