AppStore updates broke after Blackra1n?

iPhone 3G 3.1.2 with Blackra1n RC3. Anyone else notice the appstore updates either won't install or comes with error "cannont connect to itunes store".. this is the case with both of my 3G phones. help?

its a bug in the appstore. it has nothing to do with blackra1n or being jailbroken.
