We will know Sunday if it's legit. Could be a scam, but...

If so, it's a GREAT breakthrough

Over the course of two days this group claims to have 1) invented a single solution that will jailbreak all iPhones ever made with one click; 2) discovered a way to re-enable the tethering hack and rolled it into the same one-click solution; and 3) discovered a soft unlock for the 5.11.07 baseband and rolled that into the same one-click solution.

Indeed. We shall see. I will be among the first to congratulate them if what they say is true, but for now I think their claims should be treated with a healthy dose of skepticism.

Honestly, I have some big doubts.....

i'm with you 100%. interesting that the JB groups that have been doing this since the beginning have said it will be months, if ever, to unlock 3.1, and yet these guys have it done already. other than some probably photoshopped screen grabs, they've shown no proof. i have a feeling sunday is april fools day wherever they are from.

And there is something delicious about the fact that they didn't even bother to check before they announced their "chocolatera1n" tool to see that the domain chocolatera1n.com is owned by none other than Geohot himself!
