I upgraded to 3.1.2 at home (Mac) and rain Blackra1n at work (PC). Then I installed and restored my apps with aptbackup. It worked great... for Cydia apps, but my entire library of app store apps poofed. They are inaccessible in search, Restrictions (tried toggling) and any other means. They appear in SBSSettings under the 'hide' section, but they aren't hidden. (Toggling these doesn't help.) I don't use categories.

Any ideas?

i had the same problem, went into sbsettings again and this time went to dock applications, then exited and they were all back

Hope you figure it out.

I used AptBackup one time and it scrambled my phone. Never again.

I use PkgBackup now and it works much better.
