Arabic in PDF Files

How can i view arabic in PDF files with adobe acrobat reader DC? I know if someone embeds the fonts I can view it, but if they don't, then how can I do this?

I have looked and searched and can't seem to find a way to do this. :/

Will the PDFs display correctly in Preview?

Are Arabic fonts still installed in your OS? (check System Preferences -> International)

It was the lack of fonts on my mac, I found a site and downloaded them. Thank you!
