can anyone actually think of other creative ways of using the iPad?

like using it on the plane instead of the small TV, or something?

What about having it connected to a home/business security system as a camera monitor?

Or an electronic keypad to open secured areas?

Or a screen for ordering food at a restaurant?

Or a screen to display ultrasounds for the patient to hold?

Or what I would really appreciate is a be all end all universal remote for my theatre, which would make macro commands a breeze?

Some of those uses needs a weatherproof / Clorox-proof case.

Now I'm wondering when the Otterbox model will hit.

geez! Gizmodo mentioned that this Wall will cost them like $149,700 US. This has to be a library that belongs to a really really rich private school.

I think that's probably an intended use of the iPad.

But really I'd like to see it replace my school books my science and english books plus two three ring binders...ugh
