This has probably been asked before but I was wondering if the sports band bundled with the Steel watches is the same as the one bundled with the sport and can buy in the store. I was looking to get a sports band for my Black Steel and wanted to be sure.

Thanks.

All the sport bands are the same. Only difference is the one that comes with space grey sport watch has a space grey pin. The rest have stainless steel pins.

I have white, black and blue sport bands now. The texture of the blue one is noticeably different (inferior) to that of the white and black. I'm not sure why this is, but one theory I have is that the black and white bands are deliberately better since they are available with SS.

I have a black sport band that came with the space gray sport watch and a white sport band that came with the silver sport watch. The black band is slightly stiffer than the white band. I prefer the more flimsy feeling of the white band. You can see in the picture that the white band falls to the desk while the black band stay sticking up in the air.

Can you please put some pics of white and blue together? Like side by sides and stuff since. I had blue sport and I sold it and ordered blue again but also ordered a white sport , so I'm hard to choose from between blue and white since white looks supper classy and goes with everything while my blue pops out lol and I can care less since I have blue power balance with goes with every watch I wear and blue glasses I wear, so I'm fine with that lol.

I'll do that when I'm home later. I'm not sure I agree that white looks 'super classy', though. That's why I'm getting rid of my white band, and why I'm now wearing a black band everyday and blue for working out.

My wife' pink sport band and my black sport band feel virtually the same. Other than a size difference (38mm vs 42mm), they are identical.

I'm assuming they all have different pigments, which would also explain the different weights.

To me, the white felt softer than the black, and the rest of the colours felt more "plasticky" compared to the black or white.

I have a 42 SG with BSB and 42 sport with green band (being returned) .... The green band definitely more supple and 'rubbery' .... Although they are both absolutely fine to wear.

I found exactly same with Suunto Ambit bands ... the coloured definitely had a different feel to the black.
