this started happening a few days ago. I haven't gotten on in a while but when I enter my login information, this page pops up. I chatted with apple and the person said to reset safari settings. though it will not work on my MBP, my wives MBP or my iPhone? I also tried on Firefox and Chrome with no avail. I tried her login information and it's the same error.

I also get the same error on my work computer. Windows computer using IE10 and Google Chrome.
 
wow, I feel really dumb right now. I was trying to login using my apple ID though that's not the case when logging onto apple discussions. I created a user name when I first started. :eek:

i'm lost and it's time for me to go home.
