I am hearing them now every second or third song and are getting more FM type. I am even seeing video ads now. That annoying Beyonce ad with her pretending to drink Pepsi. Why would you play video ads in a music app?

Also I was playing a station and the same song played three times in a row with a video ad the second song.

I would subscribe to iTunes Match to get rid of the ads but I tried that last month which was a disaster. If I turn it on it erases all of my music on my iPod and then the Music app keeps crashing.

Back to Slacker Plus which lets me subscribe without destroying my stored music, does not play the same song three times in a row and gives me unlimited skips.

iTunes radio has ads?
Guess I didnt know since I have itunes match.
It works AMAZINGLY.

As I said before. I tried to pay for iTunes Match to get ad free radio but it erased all of my music on my iPod and then the music app kept crashing. Of course if I turn iTunes Match off on my iPod I can load my music on there but I then I get annoying ads on iTunes Radio. Please read before you post. Thank you.

Call Apple? Visit the Apple Store? Post here or in Apple support with the relevant details to get some assistance? It sounds like something which could be resolved, whether operator error or a bug.

Can't comment on the commercials, though, as another Match user.

Repeats are bad. I heard Pearl Jam alive then I skipped a song then Pearl Jam Alive again. If I was to skip it again I would hear a FM ad then the same song again.

I am now listing to 90's Radio on Slacker Plus.

I have iTunes Match and my wife uses the iTunes Radio and loves it. She said no more repeats than she did on Pandora also.
