https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/lyrics-in-music-app-ios-10.1996155/See topic. I still haven't been able to get these to work on any song.
There are are some discussions about it all in some of the existing threads on the topic. It seems you like just posting the same link over and over, thanks but this doesn't help. If the lyrics are only there for certain songs there is no way to tell this because I have gone through multiple songs and seen nothing. Not even on iTunes on my mac.

Same here. Cannot find a definitive answer however in beta I did see the lyrics menu option a few times (never worked yet) then it went away in later betas and not see it since. I am not an Apple music subscriber. Have seen some say you had to be and others who said they are not and have lyrics. So who knows.
Prob so. Reason to buy a subscription if they tie it in to AMusic. Oh well.I am starting to think you have to have apple music because I have tried on several popular songs and have seen nothing.

Lyrics is not an exclusive feature for Apple Music. You can always add your own custom lyrics using iTunes and sync songs to your phone. It works as expected and all my manually added lyrics show up properly.
So you have to subscribe to get it then, correct?Actually the auto population of lyrics appears to be an Apple Music feature. I believe thats the feature being discussed here.
If so then correct. So you have to subscribe to get it then, correct?
