Hi, I tried various Mac with M2 series chips on a dual-display setup (same display bought at the same time) but the Mac got messed up with the displays and could not remember their settings. Often things on display 1 and display2 got swapped. How about the latest MacBook Pro 16" with M3 Pro?

my M3 Max makes windows small when plugged into Studio Display. I have to resize things each time I unplug and plug.

Is your dual-display setup using the same model displays? What brand and model? Displays have a built-in ID which should be unique, however, some display manufacturers do not generate unique ID's for their displays, which will confuse display management software. If this is the case w/ your displays, then your Mac can't distinguish which display is which. Display management software like BetterDisplay can help w/ this scenario w/ EDID overrides.

All Silicon Mac probably have such issue. Last time I talked with Apple, they just told me to play the lottery game. Not a very professional respond.

Samsung TV’s or displays? When did a PC get into the mix here? First time mention. What OS on the PC? Did you install any drivers for these “TV”s on the PC?

TV. Tried the two TVs on various Mac and had issues. Using the same two TVs with a Windows 10 PC and no issue. I didn’t install any driver. Just plug and play. So the cause should be Mac OS or Silicon Mac or both.
