hmm thanks for advice

another thing i tried was taking a screen shot and when i did, the shot would come up and the little line would not appear in the pic?

is that normal?

also its not seen in digitalcolor meter? it just tells me the color that is ment to be there?

so im all confused?

and im pretty sure its not dirt as i have tried getting it off using screen wipes and nothing happened?

might give apple a ring tomorrow though if its still there

If the lines aren't showing up in a screen capture, then the problem is most likely with the display itself. Not dead pixels, but probably either a bad or broken connection, or even an issue with the video card. Best to call Apple.

the quality is poor and it looks just like a dot in the pic, but it is actually a line

the actaully size is about the height of a letter

i couldnt get one of the display turned off as poor lighting ment the pic didnt work
