Are PC World/Currys iPads reserved?

Sorry for the awful wording of the title.

All I wanted to know is have the iPads the company have already been reserved, or is there just going to be a queue when they open?

I haven't reserved one, so i'm thinking going to my local PC World that's gonna stock them would be the best idea. I'm not brave enough to go to the apple store - too far away and no guarantee of an iPad.
 
WOOHOO! I'm in with a shot of getting one in that case. I have no idea how early to get there though.. :/

No reservations for these. It's first come, first serve! Or at least that's the case at my PC World (Peterborough).

I'm heading to Junction 9, as far as I'm aware all the PC World's open at 9am so will get there early but no idea how early!

Yeah they all open at 9am.

We has a bloke phone up and ask if he's allowed to camp outside for the night haha..So were not to sure on how big/small the launch will be.
 
I'm about a 20 minute drive from my store. My local one isn't stocking them, so I have to drive for a little while. I'm thinking of leaving here at about 7:30, to get me there just before 8.

Anyway, FWIW I've just been to currysdigital/PCWorld at Brooklands near Byfleet in Surrey and they have a small home-printed sign on the door saying they'll be open from 08:00 tomorrow for "an exciting new product launch".

Wonder what that could be:rolleyes:
 
How do you know which stores are stocking them? Not sure I can be bothered to try and queue outside the Regent Street Apple Store really.

I would assume the M6 motorway! The store is just called Curry's PC World Junction 9 ... although it's in Wednesbury
