Are the mini servers designed to run 24/7?

Most people on here seem to leave their macs on 24/7 sleeping most of the time. I know I do. Only switching off in thunderstorms or when I go on holiday.
I would say the mac mini server is no different. I would personally be careful of heat on the thing at high usuage. One Hd is bad enough inthr
