Are there any good dock bar replacement apps?

New to MacOs...are there any good recommended apps or software to customize or change the dock bar? I don't love the app view of the bar. I found something called uBar and was wondering if there's anything else or better.

I've used cDock for Many years, but it's not yet compatible with the new M1 Macs.
