There are numerous iPhone tutorial sites out there. Just search for something like 'iPhone sdk tutorial' or similar. You'll find them.

The downside is that almost all of them are examples of specific methods, and need a bit of work to create anything worth selling. Even most free apps amount to more than most tutorials. I actually found that a lot of the Apple examples were a tad more complicated than I could cope with last summer, when I started.

Most introduction developer books come with example files. Beginning iPhone Development by Mark LaMarche is my current favourite. Spend some money and do some reading. Best of luck to you.
