Are there any Sonic games for OS X?

Hello. First time poster, but I've been reading the forums here for a while.

I have fond memories of the old Sega Genesis Sonic games and so I did a Google search for them and found a whole bunch of free Sonic games, but for PC. :/ Do any exist for Mac users, by any chance? I'm kind of expecting the answer to be no, but, I thought it couldn't hurt to ask here... I'm looking for Sonic Compilations, specifically, which has 1, 2 and 3, but any would do.

I love sonic on the megadrive, this is how i play it...

down load a Genesis emulator http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/9817

then go look for some roms
