Hi

I bought these, alleged, original AirPods 2 with a wireless charging case.

They pair like AirPods, they have all that... but there are some red flags

1. on both my iPhones, I don't have any sub-settings for the AirPods, apart from connect/disconnect and forget this device.

2. on my mac, I do have those options but they are a bit different then the ones showed on internet (see image). I have double tap (but not separate for left and right), microphone and ear detection.

Should I be worried they are not real?

check the serial number on Apple's website to verify warranty. If they are legit, take them to an Apple Store and tell them what issues you are having and get them swapped out.

There are lots of very good fakes going around - as suggested above, check the serial number on Apple's website and take it from there.....

The box's serial number matches... But I have heard even those can be faked (copied)...

I do have the pop up, regarding the pairing (or when the box is open).
I do have those options I showed you (Mac only).

ear detection works, double click as well, siri as well (I think...)

I am so confused.... Unfortunately in Portugal there is not a single apple store. Only official retailers, and I only return to UK in 3 months time.

Any other things I should be looking at?

Thanks
