I have a 2006 Mac pro 1,1 - 2 x 266 GHz Dual Core Intel Xeon, 16 GB 667 Mhz Ram, running El Capitan with an ATI Radeon HD 5770 graphics card.

I recently downloaded "Hardware Monitor" as a free trial and I just want to know if these temps are normal as some seem rather high.

Ambient Air - 26 C
CPU A Heatsink - 31 C
CPU B Heatsink - 33 C
CPU A Proximity - 40 C
Expansion Slots - 36 C
HDD Bay 1 - 29 C
HDD Bay 2 - 29 C
HDD Bay 3 - 28 C
HDD Bay 4 - 28 C
Memory Bank A Point 1 - 39 C
Memory Bank A Point 2 - 45 C
Memory Bank A Point 3 - 45 C
Memory Bank B Point 1 - 32 C
Memory Bank B Point 2 - 34 C
Memory Bank B Point 3 - 35 C
Memory Module A1 - 73 C
Memory Module A2 - 78 C
North Bridge Heat Sink - 64 C
Power Supply Location 1 - 40 C
Power Supply Location 2 - 38 C

I do get this message when I start the Monitor however, so I'm not sure if the readings are accurate.

This version of Hardware Monitor will not run on your Mac. It is designed to work with Apple computers officially supporting OS X 10.10 Yosemite which have been released before 7/1/15.

You can try to submit technical information about this Mac to us, helping to develop future versions of Hardware Monitor. (Select the menu item “Help > Submit Compatibility Report“.) We cannot guarantee support of this model series, however.

Those are all normal. If they were too high the Mac would shut down.

Thank you. Was just a bit concerned about the Memory Modules being over 70 C. Didn't know the Mac had an auto safety shutdown, That's good to know.

That's roughly the same temperatures as mine, my memory modules are usually 77ºC for slot 1 and 80ºC for slot 2. The Mac has always run like that and never had any problem with these temps. I've read somewhere (a while ago) that it was normal for the 1,1 to have such high temps on the RAM modules, I don't remember the specifics however.
