are these two LCD panels compatible?

I have an iMac 24" from 2006 with a dead logic board and/or video card. The LCD panel was fine before it died. My iMac model# is: MA456LL/A

I found a 24" cinema display (CD) with a broken LDC panel, but the rest of it is supposedly ok. The CD's model# is: MB382LL/A

My iMac's LCD panel's P/N is: LM240WU2-(SL)(A1)

The CD's LCD panel's P/N is: LM240WU6-(SD)(A1)

(Actually, the seller said it's LM240WU26-(SD)(A1) but that isn't a valid P/N.)

what I want to know is ... will my iMac's LCD work with the CD's logic?
