Are we still getting 120GB Fujitsu drives or has Hitachi taken over

I don't think there is much of a difference between Fujitsu and Hitachi drives. There are a few people propagating the PRM drive over LRM drive. If both models are same capacity, you would get the same disk space.
PRM can pack more data through its perpendicular setup.
Having said that, some people speculate BTO (such as glossy screen option) will get you PRM drive while the stock version gets LRM. But, it seems most recent stock version is also getting PRM 120 GB HD as well.
