I've heard people think that there might be more 8GB iPhone's than 4GB. So, which model are you getting?
Will it be fairly easy to replace/upgrade the memory in the future? Say that they come out with a 30gig chip that will fit in the same slot, will it be possible to replace the 4/8gig and transfer all the information over?

even though it seems like the majority wants the 8gb, i will prob just get the 4gb, both are too small to really store large amounts of music or video, so I'll just get the 4gb now and use it to replace my nano then when apple releases one with 30 or more gigs I'll upgrade to that so i can put videos, etc.. on it.
if the models had other differences like the PS3 had, then I would prob opt for the more expensive one.
anyone else feel the same way i do?
Well what Im saying is basically I have to have this thing upon launch so I dont really care what the storage is since I'm sure newer models with more storage and more features will be out before xmas. So I will get the 4gb cheaper one now and just wait till some big enhancements are made and storage gets up to 32gb+ to upgrade to a new iphone.
Maybe instead of selling the 4gb model on ebay when I upgrade, I'll just put it back in the box and save it untill its a rare mint condition antique.
Those first gen 5gb ipods are worth bank now if you they are in mint condition with the box, etc...
