"Are you sure you want to restart this iPad"

I’m having trouble working out when exactly I get this prompt, but on my M1 11” iPad Pro on 18.1, I am getting this message a couple of times a day. It’s only when I’m using the Magic Keyboard with trackpad for iPad. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I’ve never seen this prompt on an iPad before.

Edit: After some googling I can see that this is indeed a thing through assistive touch, as suggested by @ab22 below.

Presumably there's a shortcut or assistive touch option being triggered by something you do using the Magic Keyboard.
