So epically awesome. When I saw this I was kind of excited. haha. This show is hands down my favorite. Though I can't wait to see Dr. House rolling around the hospital with an iPad playing games and making fun of patients when they are dying

I can definitely see that happening. These are 2 shows with Macs all over the place. I can imagine Greg pulling out an iPad from that backpack of his
. Although he usually sports the PSP Go. And I never saw him with an iPhone although Wilson uses one.
That's the funny thing because Apple NEVER pays for any product placement ever. It's well known in the biz industry. So it's just the production decisions to put these on the show, well, might be because these machines rock and they're the machines you see in typical "power" offices and hospitals.
These are not tech geeks we're talking about. Hence, an iPad for a typical rich lawyer (it's not his office so it's handy to be carrying an iPad at a meeting). Tech geeks would have placed a VIAO Z there.

Just saw the latest episode of Entourage and was grinning ear to ear when I saw Ari Gold's lawyer had an iPad setup in the conference room.
But being Ari God's lawyer, he should have gone for the 3G model.
I love this show.
i love my ipad, but if you're going to be lugging it around with a keyboard, why not a laptop?
Even with the keyboard, it's still lighter than most laptops, only takes a couple seconds to boot up, has a longer battery life, and, it's a lot more trendy and fashionable than a laptop.
Is this part of the reason why some shows will attempt to hide the Apple logo with awkwardly placed sticky notes or stickers? I always found that to be hilarious.
Yes siree. They hate why they don't get money for it but they want to use these machines anyway because they're, well, good. 
That's why I love shows that don't care of hiding these Apple products more. Goes to show how other producers are just hungry for product placement $$$$.

In the first photos in the OP's first post in this thread, in the left hand photo I believe that you will also see an iMac being used on the desk in the back.
Look at the back of the ipad on the second photo, no black overlay that all
3g models have.

But seriously, iPads are everywhere in Hollywood. The producers I know had them seemingly at launch and asked me how to use them as an efficient business tool post-fact.
One producer I know plays air hockey on his office couch during down time. It did not go over well when I had the iPhone 4 before most of them.

I've always wondered this too.. Some shows you see the apple logo and other shows they blur it or put a sticker over it. I always wondered if it was Apple not approving the show? Or is it the producers of the show deciding to not show it?
