The version on Cydia does not but there is a deb file posted in http://www.reddit.com/r/jailbreak/comments/1w0k2m/psa_arrangestatusbar_tweak_still_works_from_ios_6/ that does. It is so buggy, though, that I do not recommend it, but it won't hurt anything to try it for yourself.
