My problem seems like such a simple one, but I can't figure it out! Can I arrange the order of songs after I put them on my iPod? For example, I would like to have the Beatles' "Sgt. Pepper's" album in the original song-order, but the iPod sets the songs alphebetically. Can I change this? Thanks so much.

Maybe make a playlist of the album with the songs in the right order and use that instead. It's not a brilliant work around if you have lots of albums though. 
That sounds odd to me... it's not a Shuffle that you're using by any chance?
If so, make sure that that your songs are in 'track #' order in iTunes before loading them on.
